Welcome to Dallas natural childbirth! I offer childbirth classes and doula services here in Dallas, Texas and the surrounding areas. I am easily accessible to Plano, Allen, Wylie, and McKinney. If you are an expectant mother or father, congratulations! You have embarked on one of the most rewarding and fulfilling journeys life has to offer. My desire is to help parents as they seek to provide a healthy, nurturing environment for their little ones, beginning in the womb and as they make their debut into the world.

It is impossible to predict every aspect of your pregnancy, nor can anyone plan the “perfect” birth. Every pregnancy is unique! However, by learning about the amazing design of a woman’s body and the natural process of pregnancy and birth, you can make wise choices that set you and your baby on a healthy path. I would love to be a part of your journey, or to refer you to other capable teachers or doulas who can serve you.

I am currently a member of DONA (Doulas of North America), working towards my certification through this excellent organization, with a goal to be fully certified in 2012.

I received my original certification with The Bradley Method (American Academy of Husband-Coached Childbirth), then continued my training as a Brio Birth educator.  Although no longer affiliated with these organizations, I share their philosophy of birth and benefited greatly from their training. 

I am committed to staying abreast of current trends and their effects on pregnancy and birth through continuing education and networking with other birth professionals.  I am always learning as I work with my students and as I serve as a doula in the wonderful miracle of birth!
